As we approach the holidays when companies are typically all set for special sales and increased demand, there are lots of questions about whether or not companies will have what their customers want. Two professors in supply chain & operations management from the Farmer School of Business -- Dr. Lisa Ellram and Dr. Monique Murfield -- will have a conversation about what challenges companies are experiencing in their supply chains today, where these problems came from, and just what consumers might expect relative to obtaining everything from a video game console to their favorite deluxe latte this holiday season.
