Miami Presents: Sparkling Wine Tasting

Join us virtually for Winter College – five days of lunchtime lectures capped off with culinary celebrations on Charter Day. All fun and no exams means this is the collegiate experience of your dreams.

Kick-Off Winter College week with a sparking wine tasting with Jack Keegan! Not only is this a fun way to start your week, but it is also a great way to celebrate Valentine's Day a little bit early! Join the Miami University Alumni Association on Monday, Feb. 13 at 7:00 p.m. as we taste a wonderful selection of sparkling wines! Jack will discuss winemaking, and different origins, and taste the selected wines.

Below is a list of the wines Jack will discuss throughout the evening:

• NV Tomassi Prosecco Filodora  Italy
• NV Cremant Langlois Cremant de Loire Brut France
• '21 Kobal, Bajta Yellow Muscat Pét Nat  Slovenia (wine.com alternative is Nature's Revenge Pet Nat 2021)
• '19 Llopart Brut Rose Cava
• NV Mumm Napa Brut Prestige  California
• NV Collet Champagne Art Deco France 

We will taste and discuss all selected wines, but you are not required to purchase them all. If you don't have them or can't find these specific brands, pull out a personal favorite and follow along!
