The holiday season’s eatings can often be a recipe for over-indulgence, but festive feasting can be both merry and mindful this holiday season!  Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Nancy Parkinson, Associate Clinical Lecturer in the Department of Kinesiology, Nutrition, and Health will share some holiday-inspired delights that are as healthy as they are tasty.  Join us for a demonstration of some quick and simple recipes and tips to put the joy of holiday noshing back on the menu!

Nancy Parkinson, M.S., R.D.N., C.D., L.D., often known as “Nancy the Nutrition Nut”, is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and an Associate Clinical Lecturer in the Department of Kinesiology, Nutrition, and Health within Miami University's College of Education, Health, and Society.  Nancy received her B.A. in Food and Nutrition from Bluffton University, completed Graduate Dietetics Program Coursework at Miami University, and received her M.S. in Nutrition from Ball State University.  She is also widely known for her service work in and around the Miami and Oxford community.
