For Tony Rossi '10, it was always important to seek out the positives, understand the importance of routine, determine how to overcome roadblocks and keep the bigger picture in mind.

Join us and learn more about these strategies, and create some new opportunities, to remember the importance of self-care, especially during these challenging times of social distancing.

About Tony Rossi:

Since booking his first professional theatre job at age 15, Tony has gone on to perform in both the Boston and Chicago markets.

Prior to making the move to Chicago, he worked with Greater Boston Stage Company and Boston Children’s Theatre.

His commercial work includes BUNN, Ortiz, Fanatics, and others. He is coach and speaker certified through the BOSC in Atlanta, and now helps his fellow actors stress less, laugh more, and see things differently when it comes to the challenges in their creative careers.

He has taken classes at the Second City Conservatory program and can be found on Backstage.com as a contributing Guest Expert writer.
